  2. As awesome as the Bible is, it’s not a book that will help further our cause. I know some nudists are Christians, but in America the vast majority of Christians are quick to point out that after Adam and Eve realized they were naked, they tried to cover their nakedness & Adam even hid from God because he was naked. They’ll also tell us that after Jesus cast out demons from a crazy man, he was in his right mind with clothes on. Christian influence is the main reason why most North Americans don’t like us. In the states there are churches everywhere. It seems that just a generation ago everyone was a Baptist, Lutheran, Pentecostal, Methodist, and so on. On the other hand, in some parts of Europe, such as Germany, almost no one is religious. Churches are few and far between. This is probably why Germany is often called the nudist capital of the world. It’s great to write posts supporting the Bible, but if we’re serious about gaining acceptance, we’ll have more success by playing on the long-established correlation between Christianity and clothing norms. What I mean by this is employing methods that work to reduce Christian influence. The site jesus-is-savior gives a lot of tips about how to use influence to our advantage.

If we can bend culture, then culture will bend the laws in our favor!
